NEXTuino PEAK PLUS

ATmega2560 industrial control with 16 A high-current power relay outputs.

NEXTuino PEAK PLUS brings the same processing and digital I/O as the standard PEAK, but replaces standard relay outputs with 5 high-current power relays rated to 16 A / 240 V AC — suited to motor starters, large solenoids and heating elements. RS-485 Modbus RTU and Ethernet are both included.

Where NEXTuino PEAK PLUS Excels

Motor Starter Control

16 A relay outputs switch motor contactor coils and direct online starters reliably.

Heating Elements

High-current relays switch industrial heating elements, kilns and heat-trace circuits.

Large Solenoid Valves

Power relays handle the inrush current of large pneumatic and hydraulic solenoid valves.

SCADA Integration

Ethernet and RS-485 Modbus RTU connect to SCADA systems and field instrument buses.

Panel Replacement

Replace traditional contactor-based relay panels with a single programmable module.

Pump Control

Sequence high-power pump motors with 16 A contacts and monitor via Modbus sensors.

Common Questions

Why does the PLUS have fewer relays than the PEAK?

The PLUS focuses on output quality over quantity. Its 5 power relays are rated to 16 A — significantly higher than the 10 A rated relays on the PEAK — making it better suited to motor starters, large solenoid valves and heating elements.

Does the PLUS include Modbus RTU?

Yes. Like the standard PEAK, the PLUS includes an on-board RS-485 transceiver for Modbus RTU communication.

What is the difference between PLUS and PLUS FLEX?

The PLUS FLEX adds 6 more digital inputs (18 total) and 0–10 V analog I/O, but operates on 24 V only. The standard PLUS supports both 12 V and 24 V supply.
